Because our patterns are instant digital downloads and our kits include materials that can't be resold once opened, we aren't able to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any purchase. Digital files are delivered immediately upon purchase, so please make sure you've reviewed the pattern details, skill level, and material list before checking out. If you run into an issue with a corrupted file, missing pages, or something isn't downloading right, reach out to us and we'll get it sorted out - we just can't offer refunds for a change of mind or if a project doesn't turn out as expected.
